Vertiges : est-ce de l'anxiété ou autre chose ?

Okay so I was diagnosed with anxiety and just started taking paxil and .25mg of xanax 4 times a day untill the paxil kicks in. I have been feeling dizzy for almost a year now off and on and  been told its anxiety, although I haven’t taken major test the doctors only make me move my head and checked my ears but no hearing test or brain scan since they don’t believe its something bad. So I supposed it was anxiety and started therapy and that is  how I got diagnosed. However I’ve been taking   xanax (which supposedly relieves the physical symptoms) but it doesn’t help much with my dizziness. It does help for me to be calmer but not with the dizziness. So now I’m really wondering if the dizziness is anxiety related or if I may have. Vestibular problem. How can I tell the difference? This dizziness is making me worse and I can’t stop googling. I’m waiting por the paxil to kick in and I’m really praying it will make a difference! I don’t really have tingling in the ears or hearing loss, I do get headaces sometimes (but these are better) and also visual disturbancws and blurrh vision  but not strong (which i suppose is because of my contact lensws).  My eyes were checked and all good. So I don’t know if it could be migraine, some inner infection, vestibular problem or it is all anxiety! 😩 and then I read on the internet and there are people who are dizzy all their life and i’m scared as hell that I would be one of them. I’m literally only 19 years old! Someone please help!! I also have been poosting a lot here I need to stop

It could be a number of things. But most common I believe Is vertigo. I had it. Most of the time it's due to an inner ear issue. Maybe seeing an ENT will help. Also if the dizziness is worse. Paxil and xanax can cause dizziness, it's one of the side effects on both.
