Hello,
About 9 days ago today, I got a chiropractic adjustment because of some tingling in my arms and legs with some muscle weakness. After I got my adjustment, I felt fine at first and the tingling and weakness is mostly gone; however, I slowly started to get dizzy and tired as the day went on. I fell asleep around my normal bed time and woke up still dizzy, lightheaded, feeling of pressure on my head, some ear tinnitus, and generally feeling out of it/not normal. I had some minor neck and shoulder soreness most on the right side that went away over a couple of days, but the dizziness has been the same since the adjustment. When I walk, I sway a little bit when I'm not conscious of my balance. And when I turn my head or move my eyes sometimes I get little dizzier for a quick moment. A couple days after the dizziness had some mild headaches here and there, especially in the mornings, but the went away on there own after a bit. For example, 5 days ago, I got a migraine with vertigo where it feels like I am being swayed around in a boat; I went to bed and felt fine in the morning. Overall, the symptom of dizziness hasn't gotten noticeable worst or better and no major headaches. I've been trying to research why this might be and some people say that at its worst I could be Vertebral artery dissection which could lead to stroke. Even though nothing severe has happened to me (i.e. fainting, falling, no severe pain), I am experience a lot of anxiety because of it. I've had a hand full of anxiety/panic attacks in the past couple of days. Also experiencing a lot of random, occasional aches and sharp pains all over my body including head. I am just wandering what I should do, because wondering about it non-stop and cannot concentrate on anything.
Thanks
