Tonto, cabeça pesada, cansado, ajuda!!!!

Back story: I started having a strange feeling in my head and eyes, almost dizzy, like a "falling" sensation when I turned my head. Soon became lightheaded and thought I was going to pass out. Had an abnormal MRI, Neurologist said I probably had a small stroke and didn't even know it. She ruled out MS, lupus, brain tumor... and a bunch of other things. In the mean time I've had high blood pressure and have been put on lisinopril. I also take a small dose of citalopram for anxiety. Since seeing the neurologist, my dizziness has become less, but I still have "episodes." My symptoms include: dizzy off balance feeling, lightheaded, nausea, head pressure, tingling "flushed" type of feeling that starts at the top of my head and travels down my body, fatigue, sometimes a shaky feeling on the inside of my body, occasional tingling/numb feeling on side of face up into scalp, racing heart and high BP (which I believe to be anxiety building from all my other symptoms )

I am so frustrated and dont know what to do next. All of my tests and blood work come back fine. Any info would be helpful

Stop consuming coffee, tea, chocolate, excess sugar/sodas/juice or any stimulants that may cause your heart to race.

These things can exacerbate the symptoms.  Antihistamines may help but they are for short term only, you can try and see if it alleviates your symptoms. If so, you may have an inner ear inflammation.

I suggest you go back to your primary care. Your high blood pressure medication may cause the racing heart and other symptoms you described because of side effects.

A lack of sleep can also be a contributing factor. Try to get the maximum hours of sleep and avoid time on mobile devices/computers before bed. These emit blue light which may affect your brain and it’s resting patterns. Try all of the above for at least 3 days and see if you notice any improvements.
