I have had an echocardiogram, countless ECG'S as well as some chest xrays, and some blood tests.
Basically I get constant chest pain all the time and pain in my left arm and shoulder.
I can accept that maybe that is anxiety, but I get this pain in my arm after excersize.
If I say jogged for a minute or two and was resting my horrible pain in my left arm would start.
Everyday I also feel really weak and can also get pain in my left arm when resting, but it always occurs after excersize, the arm pain can be excrutiating.
I also feel really breathless everyday
Does this happen to anyone else? Or could it be Angina?
My heart rate and blood pressure are always normal unless I am pankicking which I never really do anymore as I have had this for 3 years (Although I am of course still worried I have angina)
I am 24 by the way.
So to list:
Left arm pain that occours when I get out of bed in the morning (Usually)
Left arm/shoulder pain after excersize (Doesn't even need to be a lot of excersize)
Chest pain is also with the arm pain
Chest pain and arm pain can occour when resting (Sometimes both at the same time)
Constant fatigue everyday
Feel really breathless when standing (I stand up and feel really out of breath)
Get tired after being awake for 10 hours (Even if I sleep for 10 hours+)
There isn't a day that goes by without chest pain or arm pain
Thanks!
I defiantly am very anxious about this, but I personally feel that I am only anxious because I have a bad heart or angina.
But the doctors disagree.
Am I defiantly 100% without a doubt heart problem free and it's definatly anxiety?
