This appeared not too long ago after I sprayed some gold bond around this area could it be that or something else like jock itch, at first as I started itching it the skin started peeling really bad but it healed.! PLEASE HELP

Gold bond is a pain and itch relief antiseptic spray. who do I need to go see
about this? That picture was last month, the skin healed but when I use a wash cloth sometimes it skin starts to open a little.
So something is preventing the skin from healing as it normally would.
This can be due to what the skin continues to be in contact with, you may have had a severe reaction to something like the gold bond, or something else, or perhaps a combination of things.
You must minimise contact for your skin with as many things as possible, such as soap and shower gel - these may not have caused the problem but they simply part of what is not enabling the skin to heal.
You need to see a Dermatologist
