I am reuploading as I would like some more opinions please. These strange looking bumps do not hurt, no itch, no nothing. I am not sure if they are warts or just part of my vagina -- since the whole thing looks a bit lumpy. Just not sure what else it could be? I would appreciate any sort of opinions/advise. I also apologise if the photos are disturbing in any way or form...

Those don't look like warts to me, and I suspect there's nothing to worry about. If you already had a cervical smear done, then I don't see how a doctor wouldn't have seen them.
My first cervical smear experience was terrible. Was very painful, which Doctor could really tell, so I think she was focusing on getting it done ASAP. I did get my results today and they were negative - but that would be for the strains of hpv that cause cancer, not warts, right? I just don’t really know what these lumps are. They are so random, and the one closest to the vaginal opening has such a strange shape.. I know I am just stressing myself out, but I really cannot help it
they don’t look like warts to me, i’m not sure what they’d be. but if you’re worried, i’d suggest going to your gyno or an STD clinic to get a physical exam. you’re right- vaginas look very lumpy on the inside anyway! it could be perfectly normal
