I suffer with terrible pains and things with mine but ive been told today im beening silly as anxeity is in your mind so how can it really cause these things and im making it up?? I feel like a total idiot as i really do suffer and i really do feel these things but know im thinking am i made!!! x

Please don't feel like a total idiot. I suffer from severe anxiety and it manifests itself through physical symptoms. I shake/tremble all of the time. I get clammy sweats, nausea, my head never feels right, tight/cramping upper body muscles, etc.
Physical symptoms/pains are symptoms of anxiety and don't let anyone tell you differently. I have had several medical tests performed and the doctors cannot find anything seriously wrong physically, so they and I attribute my physical symptoms to my severe anxiety.
Hang in there and know that you aren't alone in dealing with physical symptoms of anxiety.
dont let anyone tell you your being silly. id love to see them say that if it started happening to them. the mind is a powerful thing and can manifest all sorts of physical symptoms during anxiety.
I do believe my anxiety is causing my symptoms but anyone who tells you it's all in your head or that it can't possibly create those physical symptoms clearly haven't got a clue. Ignore anyone who tells you otherwise, you don't need that negativity in your life.
Anxiety is no different to any other illness that you cannot visibly see, the body reacts to it, produces chemicals and hormones and triggers symptoms such as pain, fatigue, nausea etc. And it needs treatment just like any other illness.
Its health anxiety for me and im suffering with bad upper back pain and breast bone pain so yep ive got cancer!! Every pain or twinge i get its the C word. Hate it so much xx
Do you get any back pain with urs?? The past say 2 months ive been getting upper back pain, (around back bra strap) and in my shoulder blades. Its like a burning feeling and pain and in my breast bone. My doc says anxiety or my reflux is the course but cos ive had xrays tests and full bloods done a few times in the past and in jan of the yr my doc wont send me for others as they would of shown summit if it was there. Im worrying all the time with it and to be told its not real has made me worse xx

Yes. I get upper back pain that my doctor says is from acid reflux. I have had an upper gi endoscopy to confirm this.
Sorry for all the questions lol but do u get the breast bone pain too and any breathlessness?? Ive asked my doctor about having the camera down but she says no as its clear i have reflux xx
I don't get breastbone pain or breathlessness. I do get palpitations though.
