Does anxiety cause you to have cold feet and hands?

for the past few days ive been having cold feet and hands and its causing my anxiety to be worst thinking about it constantly.

yes it does but if you feel something isnt right go to your dr and voice your complain and let them run blood test, cold hands and feet can also means low B12 so before ruling anxiety tell your dr whats going on, that should put your mind at ease. but it is a anxiety symptom, look up TREY JONES on youtube he explain all you need to know about all the anxiety symptoms that can mimic health symptoms

Hi Purge, I’m no Dr but yes, Anxiety causes all sorts of problems, so does medication blood thining meds and asprin cause this, I have had all sorts of problems through my life, including cold hands and feet due to Anxiety ,and I am 63 so please don’t worry so much it will pass, you will be fine x
