Hey guys ive been stressed out for the past couple months...To start I have a girlfriend of three years and i know she hasn't done anything with anyone else. Neither have I. I have been getting itchy, rashes but no clusters of bumps or anything i look up. I have had this line on my shaft since childhood and this area continues to get irritated. I started googling everything and psyching myself out because i have had some red spots on my thighs and around my penis but I am a very hairy guy and I realized they were ingrown hairs. Here are some pictures attached regarding my shaft rash issue. To add to this I also have very itchy anus (purple bruising aswell) and I have visited my doctor twice regarding both of the rashes. He inspected my penis and my anus on two occasions and said he is 100% certain it is not an STD and prescribed me hydrocodone for my penis & the hydro cortisone mixed with anti fungal cream for my anus. I have been using both but find nothing is helping. I also have been using zinc oxide cream for my penis as I find it works better. I have also visited an urgent care clinic and got inspected and she said the same. I have no idea what this could be. We have taken a break on sex as she also gets frequent UTI's and lately i've been having on and off painful urination after peeing. I also have pale spots on corners of my scrotom and I stopped masturbation completely because every time I would it would get very irritated (last picture). The first pictures are most recent (taken today) If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated. (Thank you The last two pictures are with hydrocortsone cream applied just after masturbation.
