Does it look like herpes?

I had protected sex on the last weekend of January. Around February 4th I had itching on the right side of my vulva and also vaginal itching. I thought it was a yeast infection so I purchased monistat and that made my vaginal itching better but not the itching on the right side of my vulva. I also should mention that I may have irritated the area by scratching and it bled slightly but stopped quickly. I took a mirror and light to see what was going on and I found this. Not sure if it herpes, irritation from rough sex or irritation from scratching. It only hurts slightly when urine hits it which is to be expected with any open skin in that area. I’m so afraid. I’ve never had an std before and from what I’ve ready, herpes is not something that can be cured. Waiting on my doctors appointment for blood tests and swab but stressed in the meantime.
