Ok so I had norovirus in Jan and it took forever to feel better. I thought I was finally better but then had Taco Bell for lunch and it caused my stomach to hurt and I had diarrhea pretty bad 
hoping the virus is gone and maybe it was just upset from Taco Bell?
Totally I had a friend who had it and was really sick. It doesn't agreed with some people
If you have acidic stomach, I do, garlic, onions, anything with too much spices will make you really unwell.
Other than that was it off, had the meat been left on the bench too long and you got another dose of bacteria, the last thing you need after having an upset in Jan.
Best wishes, stick to a bland diet for a couple of weeks and see how you go, and stay away from anything that could be doubtful, prepare it yourself if possible, look up your food poisoning precautions and abide by them.
We all have bad habits, and we can slip into bad habits so easily, that could do with a reffresher course occasionally just to give us a reminder.
