i was bitten on saturday and did not see a tick stuck to me, my brother is a GP and thinks it is a horsefly bite however, im scared of lyme disease! i live in the north of england and so ticks that carry the disease are not prevalent here however, id like to make sure.
also the redness around it has now disappeared after around 3 days
