Small singluar bump that started as what felt and looked like a cut- turned into what appears to be a sore. Some pain and inflamed but no itching or burning. It's been like this for a week and has not spread anywhere else. Currently out of my home state in the middle of no where on business so a health clinic stop is out of the question. ER visit is only if I have no other options. Please help!
