Double Nighttime Calf Cramps

I get numerous cramps at night and have been getting double leg calf cramps often, sometimes twice along with one or two single leg cramps. I am in my 80s and physically active, considered youthful for my age. I wondering if Amlodipine is the culprit. I keep longs on sleep and noticed about the time I started increasing my dosage from 2.5 to 5mg I started having double leg cramps and cramps more often at night. Anyone have similar double leg cramps, they strike at the same time, usually after about four or five hours sleeping.
