for a few months ive been having red somewhat raised skin on my penis that will occasionally peel off but not really flake off in small pieces. I've tried antifungal creams and eczema cream. neither of which has worked. any idea what this is or what I can do about it?

i had this few months ago. I used clotrimazole cream and took fluconazole oral pill.(prescribed) its better now but it left a mark/shape and its not going away for me
