Could be an allergy. Does it happen when you eat anything else? It could just be a mild allergy to peanuts.
No, I don't get the same reaction if I eat other food.

Allergies can present in many ways, so even though it’s not your typical reaction, it could still be a mild allergy.
It might be an allergy. I should see a doctor to check it up.
