South Bay Urology in Torrance California is advertising Ejaculation Preserving TURP. Does any one have experience with this office and in particular the epTURP they do there ?

It is technically possible, but it means leaving some tissue intact and the risk it will regrow.
I do not know about the office or the doctor but I have heard of the procedure. It does work. When it it done the doctor stays away from the the ejaculatory duct. I have a friend that had it done in the UK. He pees better and he still has his ejaculation. It is the tissue that is removed.
The best thing for you is to talk with any of the men that has had it done and see how they can out. How many has this doctor done and what was the outcome.
