Guys I'm 26 years old and recently only I had sex with my girlfriend for first time (I was a virgin till that) I was not able to ejaculate any time even she tried BJ also... Nothing worked out... Tried multiple times for many days.... Wat do I need to do... Any advices

I’m not sure if you have actually have a physical problem. I think you might be dealing with performance anxiety. And this happens with a lot of guys on their first time. It happened to me when I first had my first sexual experience. I was able to ejaculate just fine if I masturbated. But my first go at having sex with a girl, I kind of got in to my head what I wasn’t doing it right or what I’m not able to pleasure her or what if I’m not big enough. And that ultimately kept me from ejaculating no matter how much physical stimulation there was from my partner. Idk if that was the case for you but what helped me was to relax, enjoy the build up, talk and be intimate, and when you’re finally there mentally I had no issues ejaculating.

Anejaculation is more common than most people realise, and can be caused by a few things.  Do you masturbate, and if so, do you have problems ejaculating then?

Could it be psychological, or does it feel like you're not getting enough physical stimulation?  Have you tried lube, or more or less lube? (that's something you need to agree with your girlfriend)

Premature ejaculation is usually more of a problem for people who are still getting used to having sex, and one thing that usually helps is masturbating earlier the same day (known as a "safety w**k" in British English).  The reverse presumably applies, so abstaining for a day or three before sex might help if you haven't tried that already.  I think it's normally easier to reach orgasm having regular sex than oral sex.

If you're using condoms, then you could try a different make, and make sure they're not "delay condoms".

There are a lot of women who don't have orgasms just from vaginal sex btw, and it's not uncommon for them to use their fingers to get to orgasm.
