Okay so after a week of heartburn, extreme abdominal discomfort I went to see a doctor this morning... all she did was telling me to take Zantac. So I did. But everything just got worse! This discomfort shiftet into pain, my mouth and throat are dry and when I touch my belly or appendix area it hurts so much and so does my lower back. I don’t really know what to do... what could this be?
You need to get an ultrasound and endoscopy done. Could be an ulcer or gastritis due to excess stomach acid. The ultrasound would show any stones.
