Hi folks following my post regarding low vit d and fibromyalgia I have some new symptoms which I'm finding a bit concerning. I have extreme cold to hands and feet. Now some may say that when this happens it's because blood is going elsewhere to your organs so does this mean that they are not working properly? The rest of me feels lukewarm but my hands and feet are icy cold . The heating is up full and my husband thinks I've got a weird body!
Is it cold where you live? If it is, then your body is trying to keep your organs healthy and warm so they don't freeze you to death. You do not have a weird body. It's just the blood keeping you organs warm. Hope this helps??
hi Mia no it's not cold the heating was on full at 20 degrees. My husband didn't mean anything it's just his way of saying he worries about me and doesn't understand what's going on with me

fibro suffers can not control there body tempertures
as with ms suffers and other conditions .
i am often to hot in my trunk and extremities are cold
i also have episodes have becoming extremly cold all over teeth chattering and shivering even in the summer and no matter what i do i cant get warm
i usaly go to bed fully clothed with extra blankets on top when i wake up i am ok
this is only happens a couple of times a year .but its very strange because most of the time i am to hot .
