I also suffer from heart palpitations due to health anxiety and they can be absolutely terrifying.

If the dr doesn’t recommend any further testing try and think of that as a good thing which I know is extremely easier said than done.

Msg me if you want to talk hope you feel better x

remember you’ve been tested and everything is fine. Your resting heart rate is perfect. Even if it’s in the 50s that means that your heart does not have to work very hard to pump blood. That’s great. Many athletes have lower resting heart rates because they are in great shape. So that’s something to be happy about. Your heart rate goes back to a great resting rate .
if you are young, your heart rate while exercising is fine. it’s very common for the heart rate to go high While exercising. Remember, when you are anxious you will get palpitations and even chest pain sometimes that’s very common. All your testing shows that your heart is perfectly fine. Try not to focus on your heart rate because that will actually increase it because of the anxiety. You need to practice slow deep breathing and relax yourself more and you will have less palpitations. You are overthinking and that will increase the anxiety and heart rate. Listen to some mindfulness breathing exercises on YouTube to slow your heart rate. You’re going to be just fine
