I’m scheduled for a Endoscopy. How many hours do you fast?
8 hours, to be safe 12 - though your location should’ve told you the hours!
My doctor’s office said to fast for 24 hours which I thought was ridiculous. I have in the past always fasted for 12 hours.
That’s crazy! I’ve had three endoscopies and they always tell me 8 hours, I always do 12 though.
