HELLO CURRENTLY IM IN THE AIRPORT..IVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY BEFORE AND I ENJOYED IT..BUT NOW BECAUSE OF ANXIETY IM HAVING COLD SWEAT AND NEOUSEOUS...I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO..IM WAITING FOR MY BOARDING AND IM SO NERVOUS..IM SCARED.. YOU MIGHT THINK THAT IM BEING IRRATIONAL BUT IT IS WHAT I FEEL RIGHT NOW..THIS IS NOT ME AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN MORE OF IT..I JUST FEEL SCARED NOW BUT I NEED TO TAKE THIS FLIGHT.. JUST 27 AND IM LIKE THIS..

buy a magazine or book to read and take your mind off it.
have a word with the cabin staff, don’t be scared or embarrassed to tell them, they are trained to reassure and help people with fears and anxiety.
I promise once you are up in the air and the seatbelt light goes off you will be wondering why you worried in the first place!
I am a fearful flyer. Best advice I ever received was to look at the faces of the fellow passengers and crew members. If they are calm and relaxed, you should be too. You can do this! The only way best anxiety is straight through it.
