Feel like my heads drifting into space. Very weird

So im trying to go to sleep right now. Everytime i shut my eyes its like as if im drifting away.. not to sleep, just like as if my head is floating in space or sonething. Its ridiculously hard to explain.

Whilst writing this post on my phone it looks as if the keyboard is changing size or warping. Once again really weird. It seems to stop after a couple of minutes though.

Ive been getting headaches all day that move across my head too. But i was putting that down to the fact ive been in the sun a fair bit today have havent drunk many liquids.

But the headaches have stopped, and now i feel spacey and weird.

Its annoying because i have work in the morning but anytime i shut my eyes to sleep i seem to go into this drifting motion. Its not drifting off to sleep because you almost dont notice that usually. But i could lay here for ages in this drifty feeling without sleeping.

Its really scary and now my heart/chest feel weird too like mt heart has stopped beating.

Has anyone had this? Is it anxiety mixed with the weather today? Or a common anxiety symptom? How do you deal with it?

Thank you for reading i hope sone of yoy may have some advice

I get this too, not sure about the keyboard warpy thing though. I usually get up, grab a glass of water and then lay back down and try to fall asleep.

Also, search guided meditation for sleep on youtube. It helps a bunch

Make sure you drink plenty of water.    Dehydration can cause weird symptoms and itโ€™s not good for you.

For your peace of mind, visit your doctor for a checkup.

but anxiety can cause symptoms that can be scary but harmless.

The spaciness can be derealization which is common with anxiety.

listen to great meditations on you tube for anxiety. They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms.

Speaking to a counselor can be helpful.

Relax , Dont take life too seriously.  ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™ve had that feeling many times... feels like my head is floating off somewhere . Iโ€™m finally starting to acceptors a anxiety as it usually happens when alot is going for me but itโ€™s a very strange feeling! Of course then I start to focus on every other symptom making it worse. Relaxation techniques before bed is a must for myself... anything to decompress and wind down helps.

*to accept it as anxiety (acceptors !!?? Lol)

Thanks for all the replies. I really appreciate it. After a couple of hours i did manage to finally get to sleep ๐Ÿ˜‚ I know its all anxiety which is the annoying part, it's just dealing with it that gets to me. I used to be alot worse, and have had my heart checked etc in the past and is all fine. It was just very strange and i get the feelings quite alot when im going to sleep so thanks alot for the advice and i'll be sure to try them ๐Ÿ˜Š (probably tonight haha)
