Hi all, been suffering for a few weeks now and still no sign of a let up .... I'm worse in the morning wake up feeling sick and having bad stomach with very soft stools every morning. Stomach pains throughout the day. Have finally started to be able to eat tho (which is a good thing as lost 8lb in two weeks) can anyone else confirm the same type of symptoms and how long it could last. Thanks in advance x
You really need to visit your GP, there are so many possibilities that can be responsible for your symptoms.
I know it is easier to visit forums like this rather than seeing your doctor, but remember we are not professionals and anything you pick up is guesswork. Once you've been diagnosed forums are useful in discussing how to manage your symptoms, but it's incredibly important to find out what exactly you are dealing with first.
Sorry to be blunt but I think your symptoms dictate professional diagnosis.
As has been said, you need to visit your GP, if you already have, then you need to give us details.
You will be worse in the morning, because you have been horizontal all night. It might be you need to be on a PPI like omeprazole.
Hi yes I have been to gp and he's said it is acid reflux I've been looking on here for anyone who can confirm same type of symptoms as like you said so many different symptoms and I'm a little concerned doctor may have it wrong. Totally appreciate both your comments tho 😊
