i was on 50mg of sertraline and had to up it to 75mg and i felt great the first week or two, and now the last 3 days ive been feeling anxious again mostly in the evening/night ( i take my pills in the am when i wake up) … is that a sign i need to up it again to 100mg? or should i give it more time ? and has anyone else have a feeling of off beat in their head ? i wouldnt discribe it has dizzy , just off (not inner ear infection)

i know the feeling you are explaining and its very hard ti describe. Its not dizziness but like your off balance, drunk feeling. I had to come off sertraline because of it. I was on them for 3 months
