every time after wet dream, I am feeling ill in the hands and legs ELBOW. and whole day i feel Irritable.
I need some answer or suggestions.
I have the same condition since six years but can't find any cure. I am searching this cure like a dog. every test is negative but the condition still remains same.

I'm 28 years old. My problem is simple but critical. At my age 22, i had my first sex.
My sexual experience was great. Due to some complication, we broke up. After breaking up I masturbate a lot to fulfill my sexual desire but that does not mean I masturbate four times a day.
After nine months I saw that when I think about sex or porn just for few seconds I release pre-cum. On that time I didn’t feel bothered about it.
Then I had a new relationship and when we tried to sex I can’t control my ejaculation.
I almost suddenly ejaculate. On that time I just ejaculate very first all other thing was normal.
but my condition becomes critical day by day. Now when I think about sex or anything related it I discharge excessive pre-cum, in addition, i feel very weak and drowsy. The drowsyness also occured if i mustarbate or if i have wet dream.
Now my wanted me to get married and now I have a fiance .When we go together to hang out and touch her hand I also discharge excessive pre-cum and it is continuous.
Because of this, i feel so weak and drowsy sometimes I need take saline or have to drink coconut water to get back my energy otherwise it takes too long to recover.
So could anyone please help me to solve this problem.
