Does anyone else who has health anxiety have weeks of feeling unbalanced and dizzy when they are walking as well as on going feelings of your body tremoring and shaking inside like extreme nervousness when on the outside its not. This has been going on for weeks and of course I'm convinced I have something sinister. Blood tests are fine and usual doctors nurological tests and still waiting for my specialist appointment and Mri. It starts from the instant I wake up and effects my appetite and makes me so fatigued. This forum has been so helpful as I've never had anxiety before. Thanks in advance

¿Giratorio o no?

Hola.

No not spinny like vertigo . I had that once 2 years ago only one night in bed. This has been ongoing for 6 weeks feeling like unbalanced and spaced out sort of

Thank you so much for your reply. This website has been great, just knowing that other people have experienced the same symptoms and that maybe it is all from anxiety. When the doctor first suggested that i thought there was no way that from worrying about the original dizziness being something life threatening that i could end up so ill with all these other awful symtoms. Im 54 and have always had a bit of a worry about getting a terminal illness etc but nothing major and no other anxiety as such. But this is awful and has been going on for 5 weeks. As well as the shaking nervous feeling inside I have a sort of vibbrating generator noise in my head. Only really noticable at night in bed. Do you also get that. Thanks again

Thank you so much for your reply. It's reasurring to know others have experienced these symptoms. I try and explain them to my friends and family and they have no idea what I'm on about. Do you also have like a vibbrating sort of humming sensation in your head when you are lyeing in bed. Thanks again

Not really blurry vision. Kind of I guess but more unbalaced and a bit out of it when I'm walking. So I just want to sit down.

Eso me pasa literalmente todo el tiempo. ¿Te pones ansioso cuando ocurre? Yo no

Hi there no when it first started I was not anxious at all and had never had any awful anxiety or panic attacks. Then I just started having there dizzy unbalanced feelings when I was out walking my dogs etc. I went to the doctors and had blood tests that were all normal. I googled it while I was waiting for the blood results and started to worry that I had Mr or something else sinister. I then literally got ever symptom , extreme fatigue, no appetite at all, which never happens to me, weight loss, constipation, belly aches, the dizziness continued all the time, numbness, pins and needles and the awful extreme me feeling inside of vibrating and shaking, and the humming/vibrating in my head. There symptoms have been going on now for 6 weeks, some days worse than others but never normal, lots of blood tests all normal as well as the basic nurological tests. I was sure it must be something like ms as I've been so unwell with it. The docs don't think so but I'm waiting on a specialist apt. Then after reading up on anxiety . I'm thinking it is a real posibility that my worry about dyeing could have caused all this. I've lost about 4 kgs over the 6 weeks.I'm sure because I've been so worried it's made me not able to eat much.

I have experienced this on and off since I started my "adventure " with anxiety.. its kinda scary. It normally happens to me when I stretch out for bed.. its like this shaking inside my whole body and I can't control it.. it almost feels like Im gonna have a seizure but of course I don't and I never have so I don't know if I should compare it to that..but thats the best way for me to describe it. I feel like its because Im so anxious all day.. ecspecially on days that my anxiety are out of control.. that when I lay down to relax its like my nerves are still over acting.. it takes them a while to wind down. I normally just drink a calming tea and it eventually goes away. One time it happened and it scared me and I thought I was dying.. I cried and cried and my bf felt helpless.. I was trying to explain to him what I was experiencing.. but unless you have gone through this than you don't have a clue..

I meant to include that I also have the unbalanced feeling and the dizziness quite alot.. also symptoms of anxiety. At least for me anyways.

I've been dealing with that lately too I was diagnosed with GAD at 9 years old and never really suffered bad but was medicated most my life and I'm 21 now and a year ago I stopped my medication due to a bad time but I got better and lost a huge amount of weight I was 25stone and now under 15 stone but recently the last 2 months I've been suffering severely with health anxiety which is horrible but today and 3-4 times before I've got a unusual shaking feeling like when I move my legs around etc there's like shaking inside not outside and viable but I can feel my body shaking now I tried telling my self you've lost weight and it's maybe where my legs are bit flabby when I move the skin still vibrates when I stop but didn't help tbh, I also haven't done much excersise recently and struggle to eat plus sleepings been pretty off because of anxiety, stress & depression

yes , it is a big problem for me

It's been ongoing for 5 weeks now and is so dibilitating. It's not all day but lots of episodes every day even though I don't think I'm overly anxious. Plus I feel very unbalaced when I'm walking. Do you also

Hola Lee smile

yes hard to cope

Bless you...

I felt like i was walking on a bouncy castle when i first experienced it wierd isnt it, and the dizzyness used to really freak me out. But now i remind myself it is anxiety... I am not physically ill. and carry on as normal.

Since doing that my unsteady walking has improved 😉
