At 3 weeks post-op, THR patients typically feel stable and energetic. You have something else going on. Could be surgery-related complications; could be flu, could be a lot of things. Gotta get yourself back to the doctor's office and get it checked out.

3 weeks post-op from such a major surgery is really still early on in the healing division .. did you have the posterior or anterior approach ?
what kind of anesthesia did you chose?
what kind of ain medication are you taking?
how is your bloodpressure?
do you have a fever?
I was not feeling well for quite a while - sweating (especially at night), chills - almost felt I had the flu - dizziness and feeling sick at stomach was on and off -
I had to self inject Fragmin blood thinners for 6 weeks and that was one of the reasons for my unhappiness, I was told ...
My bloodpressure was all over the place, with high peaks and deep valleys ..
how is your appetite ? are you hydrated?
maybe see your doctor to get peace of mind -

Gracias Renee por tu cálida bienvenida. Realmente no lo había pensado así. Sí, me inyecto todos los días, cuatro semanas seguidas. Estoy con analgésicos, pero ahora solo los tomo por la mañana y por la noche. Preoperatorio tuve que dejar mi HRT y dejé de fumar después de 45 años, no era mi intención, pero después de estar 3 días en el hospital intenté seguir y no he fumado ahora por 19 días. Supongo que todo se acumula. Me preguntaba si era por excederme, pero en verdad nadie me indicó cuánto debería o no debería hacer. Al menos no soy la única y tus comentarios han sido muy útiles. Hola de nuevo, he estado leyendo sobre los efectos secundarios de las inyecciones y tienes razón, son lo que estoy experimentando. Llamaré a mi médico de cabecera por la mañana. Muchas gracias, es algo que no se me había ocurrido. Xx
