Feeloing sicky after eating, rumbling tummy...for 2 months now??

Before christmas i had a rumbling tummy...constant feeling in my tummy...aching/ sometimes spasms in tummy...always feeling hungry but when i eat feeling sick and uncomfortable after, feeling full quick, ...went to doctors who gave me tablets (forgotten name) taken the course of them and after 3 days of taking them it went. I have just finished course and within 2 days its all come back again sad   Will book to see docs again...what does this sound like??? The doc did bloody tests and all clear. ????

DId he give you anti-acid tabs; or antibiotics?

i am guessing antibiotics; 

Dehydration may be a cause of always feeling hungry; if you drink caffeine drinks etc.

There are bacteria that grow in the stomach; ntms; h pylori; and these can affect your digestive system;

Alternatively or as a result  you may be producing too much acid; and this coudl be cuased by your liver (processes fats and a load of  other things); this in turn can cause problems with the gallbladder and all the above can cause problems; and you may feel bloated (feeling full) or have distension (actual increase).

Things you can do; is to reduce acid and introduce anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories in your diet.  by doing this; at least you may get to rule it out.

One great thing you can do is take liquorice tablet ;which KILLS h pylori as well as reducing acid. oregano with cranberries (together); will also inhibit h pylori. introcue a pro-biotic - the good bacteria too. Liquorice is like natures anti-biotic; and some people rate this more than the anti-biotics handed out by GPs in some istances; due to yeast / coatings etc.....it's a bonus that it also affects a reduction in acid if you need that. 

To ccleanse the liver (assisting the body to process toxins/waste more efficiently) Take Milk Thistle; this repairs the liver to some extent and assists the liver in clearing out toxins.

Introduce garlic and turmeric to reduce inflammation; oregano oil is also considered to assist in promoting digestive health (and so are a lot of other things!!).

On a more basic level ; eat tomatoes with the skins if possible Take Omega 3;

the cellular functions of the liver and gallbladder etc, are fairly complex but you can look this up and of course there are plenty of anti-oxidant foods out there you can choose..

in addition; it woudl be helfpul to take a look at your eyes and see if they are bloodshot or have any creamy white patches on them.. or if you suffer currently from any other ailments that you don't think are associated;

Anti acid tabs.  Def not anti bio.    Thanks for all that info will def look into buying those bits/food to help. Funny you should mention eyes....def my eyes this morning were bloodshot!! but i had a bad nights sleep as felt so sicky!! 

I have felt the sicky feeling all day today...its driving me mad now!!

Will call docs tomm and get another appointment....

I dont drink many caffine drinks...even tea bags here are caffine free. xx
