Hi Katie what time are you taking tablet ?
I take it first thing in the morning when I wake up, around about 8:30 ish
I take mine 1st thing aswell. The days will get easier , it's always hard at the beginning. I was very apprehensive to take mine when I first started mine & I didn't sleep the night before - it feels like your all alone feeling like you do & you think it will never go away but it will , just stick with it & try & keep busy. I use to go on my phone & just read things to keep my mind occupied xx
I really hope so it's was worse today than what it's been for ages. I find it better when I'm around people to talk to to take my mind of it as when I'm on my own I'm getting really strange thoughts x

On Monday, I was prescribed 50mg of Sertraline and 40mg propronalol to take once a day. However was not advised what time of day to take both of them.
Previously I had been prescribed citlopram 20mg propronalol and zioplocene which sent my anxiety through the roof. Prescribed diazepam which helped me sleep. I am now off this.
I am currently signed off work. I have been taking both at night. However, Have difficulty sleeping in the evening and very tired during the day.
Does anybody have any suggestions on when it is best to take them?
