I was diagnosed with hsv1 at the beginning of this year
I have had the symptoms though, since before I even lost my Virginity and was posting negative to tests for herpes in the this time where I had symptoms
Although I know all herpes symptoms are not the same, mine never sounded like herpes.
Recently I went to a gynocologist to inspect a recurrent tear at the base of my vagina (that is most common after sex). The doctor that tested me positive for herpes told me that she thought I could have herpes as well as another skin condition like lichen schlorosis.
When I went to the gyno she re tested me for everything
A few weeks later in the mail I got a letter saying all of my swabs had come back negative including herpes. What does this mean???
she also wrote on my daily suppressant med prescription saying "supply deferred"
I'm very confused and am feeling the familiar itch return...
