I just did cataract surgery this Friday, after surgery, I noticed many floaters flowing around, so annoying, anyone had similiar experiece?

I had a couple floaters before cataract surgery and after cataract surgery, they seemed larger and more prominent. I asked my surgeon and he said that this can be common and that they might be more prominent in the AM and should subside during the day. I find this to be true. Installing a new lens seems to make them a little bigger and I don't know why...perhaps due to the placement of the lens? Or because you now can see an improvement in vision? That's just my guess.
Can floaters still be removed after cataract surgery? I think the surgery is to replace eye ball fluid. Kinda like a brake line flush!
