I have had a new partner in the past few weeks, he said he was negative hsv and hiv so we had unprotected sex. I was negative also. I went to the beach/pool/hot tubs and shaved my buttocks as I tend to get baby hair there. I started getting a rash with tiny red bumps all over my buttocks area that some turned into boils. I also had a sore throat. I went to urgent care clinic and doctor diagnosed me with folliculitis and prescribed me ointment that has helped a bit. I am still not convinced so I am waiting for test results and my anxiety is killing me. What do you guys think it is? The picture above is recently how it looks, it has dried up a lot and redness has also gone down.

hot tubs can cause irritation, plus you just shaved.
