I have not had any sexual contact ever, im really worried that i have genital warts but at the same time they could just be fordyce spots please help! i have them on other side of the penis as well.

If you have never had sex then you have nothing. This is normal with 10% of men getting them one in a while. It is a infection of the hair follicles. There is no treatment for them. The body take care of it. But if I were you I would wash with warm water and just pat dry

Do they itch get something like Cortizone 10 This will stop the itching.

i was actually exposed to unprotected sex three months ago but my test came back negative also syphyllis clear. but im concerned about this thing now. I'm not sure sure whether it was there for a long time ir im just noticing this time, tho it does not itch or bother me in any way or i have a hard time on peeing also no discharge etc. its just there like surrounded in one spot.
