Hi, I have some white dots around the foreskin.
I consulted two doctors, one said those are HPV and the second said those are oil/fat gland (Fordyce spots).
**The first doctor said**: This is a virus, it is spread thru fluid exchange, I will give you some creams to apply, but this will be never cured and the dots will not fade away, from now one use a condom. He said I have them on my head also, so can't be fordyce.
I told him I have them before my first sexual encounter, he replied "Then you have them from your mother".
I talked with my parents, my mother said she never had that as her gynecologyst who she see each year never told her about it. As far as I know my father is clean also.
On internet it said HPV is spread skin to skin, and not by fluid exchange, the dots look more ugly than what I have, and I am sure I have them before I lose my virginity. So I decided to see a second doctor.
**The second said**: From my point of view you are perfectly healthy, no HPV, those dots are normal present on many mens, I don't know the name (I use the name fordyce spots, I live in a non English speaking country) but they are oil/fat glans. He also made me an urine test who got clean.
What do you think based on the pictures, I should go and see a third doctor?
From what is shown in the photos the second doctor has the better explanation.
However, you should take the cautious approach during sexual activity and use a condom
