Frenulum Breve or phimosis, please help! Images attached

Hello Guys This is Steve.I am twenty four year old. I have noticed that my penis bends down when I retract my foreskin. I think this is a case of frenulum breve. When I am fully erect my foreskin only goes behind the head of the penis and then it bunches up.

I am worried that I will tear my frenulum when I indulge in some sexual activities. When I do masturbate I don't pull the foreskin behind the glans or head of the penis because my foreskin does not slide very smoothly. I want you all to help me. Is this a case of frenulum breve or I have phimosis. There is a possibility that I might have both. I have attached images please any help would be greatly appreciated. During the sexual act, the frenulum helps to slightly tilt the urethra inside the vagina. A break in the frenulum is very rare. your frenulum is normal. do not worry.
