I've had friction burns before or little tears from rough sex and its never been much of an issue. I assumed i had just gotten a couple more from sex this past time due to his size. I could start to feel the irritation occur by the end of intercourse. when i went to look the next day i could see multiple irritated bumps that i assumed were blisters. but a few days have gone by now and they dont seem any better and they're still very sensitive. I'm starting to become very worried its herpes or some other STI/STD. I plan to go see a doctor as soon as i can but was hoping someone on here could tell me what it may be. please help!

I’m sorry, this really looks like herpes ulcers to me. I highly doubt that on outer lips something like this could be caused by rough sex . Please don’t hesitate and make an appointment.
You should see a doctor and get it swabbed for HSV.
