FTM Small blister on the head of my clitoris / dicklit

I have a concern today. If I ask this question it’s better for FTM transgender male to answer, I do not see gynecologist for personal reasons and transphobia.

Before I begin I want to tell I never had sex. Since I begin testosterone few years ago, I have something that developed on the side of my dicklit, on the side of my head. I never had growing pain, I suspect maybe rubbing irritation but still. It is a sort of transparent painless little blister / bubble. I want to know if somebody here has experimented this or still experimenting this.

Omg i also got that i dont know what it is but it just appeared. Make sure to wash behind ur foreskin ma man and go to the er or smth if u start getting pain

Its going to be extremely difficult to tell without photos but sounds like it could be a small infected pore which is common with testosterone treatment. How long has it been there?
