Gall bladder back pain

Hi don’t know if I’m coming or going . After been in a&e a few ago with back pain and stomach pain I was given an ultrasound sound scan which I later found out from gp although I was discharged from hospital that I had son small stones in gallbladder. Since then I have a constant ache gnawing type pain in the centre of my back which sometimes can be felt under right ribs and between shoulder blades could this be off my stones I have not vomited but I’m extremely tired all of the time often have to use hot water bottle for some ease x

You really need to go to the GP and get them to refer you to a specialist.  Pain is never 'normal' so therefore it needs to be looked at and sorted out.  Some GPs are better than others but you should insist on being referred.  Hope you get it sorted out soon.

Hi tucker sure sounds like the GB is the culprit.  Watch what you eat this may help you but it is no answer until you get a diagnosis for extraction if thats what it takes.   If your feeling pain then keep plugging away at the Dr.

It beggars belief I hear in here so often even people WITH stones still do not get fast tracked for help.  I know from my pain and even yesterday like I was going to have a heart attack just because of over indulging in foods I stopped eating but tried to re introduce.  So I am with you in your worry but help will prevail, I have been ill for 4 years and been fobbed off with winter vomiting bug to the male menopause so trust I know where you at!
