Happy New year ! Toria , sorry you are not feeling well . I stop having my morning coffee b/se of Gerd . Im watching my diet . no spicy food none of the med (PPI ) i tried worked for me so i gave up i tried probiotic not for me i have appointment coming up with new gastronologist . i hope you will get better soon .

Sorry to hear your digestion is troubling at the moment… same here. Had a couple good months, and just before Christmas had a reaction to something… maybe a virus? And am struggling to balance things out again too.
Partly hormonal I am sure, as I’m skipping periods again.
I hope 2022 brings you some better days!!!
