Can someone please tell me what are these growths under my scrotum. are these genital warts? they look like cancer by the rate at which they have been spreading. They started under my balls sack and then spread from there. There a few small ones on my shaft as well that recently popped up… HELP!!! please! image
From the photo, it seems to me small growths of warts. I can’t confirm it, but it seems … is it vaccinated against hpv?

These are, without doubt, clusters of genital warts. You should try to see your doctor to start some treatment and at the same time get screened for other STDs.
