I’ve noticed then little red spots on my penis. it’s starting to get a little itchy at the opening of the head of the penis only now and then but it doesn’t hurt or sting when I wee.
I had unprotected sex about a week ago several time with the same girl and I didn’t shower or wash my penis afterwards.
its concerning me. I’ve been reading and I’m not sure if its herpes or balanitis.
can somebody please help me and how to treat it. I’m to nervous to go to the doc’s. this has never happened to me before.

as you mentioned u didnt clean it .. thats y
it should go automatically after washing clean in some days if not see doctor

It doesn’t look like herpes to me, and poor hygiene also could cause balanitis.
Do you feel any painful when you pass your urine? or any discharge from your urethra?
