I recently had unprotected sex with a random man at a bar maybe 2 - 3 weeks ago. 3 - 4 days ago I experienced burning urination and a frequent need to urinate. It further progressed and I got a vaginal discharge. This discharge went from clear like in color to appearing like puss. About day 2 into my symptoms bumps appeared on my outter vaginal folds (much smaller than they appear now). since then they have swollen. I have one that I know for sure was in an ingrown hair because I removed the hair with it. The bumps closer to my vaginal canal appear more swollen than the others and are firm to the touch. For the past 3 -4 days I’ve experienced chills and cold spells and have been extremely lethargic. My vagina has also been swollen and smells of a faint indescribable odor.!

Have you tried reaching a doctor
I went and they only checked my urine. they gave me a shot in the ass and antibiotics. I’m still waiting on results. I’m going again to planned parenthood tomorrow to do a full screening.

sounds and looks a bit like herpes! get them swabbed while they are still there x

Update: Fever and Chills for the most part have subsided since taking medication.

Day 2 Update: I recently took more antibiotics. I’ve taken 4 pills yesterday with a shot (I’m not sure the name but it’s supposed to cover general STDs – though it does not with herpes as far as I’m aware) and 4 pills today. I do feel significantly better. The bumps on my outter vaginal folds have seemed to become far less inflamed and are now forming scabs (does not rule out if its herpes or not – herpes does that very thing as far as my research extends). Chills and Hot flashes have seemed to regulate. Discharge has lessened (still present and still appears puss like in appearance). It is less painful to urinate but there is still major discomfort. Vagina still feels swollen but has also lessened.
I’m still waiting on results for any other possible STDS. Medication has appeared to be effective and I still need to do a full screening tomorrow.
I figured I’d make this process as public and thorough as possible for anyone who may go through something similar because looking up this ■■■■ on the internet is a ■■■■ show.

Note: I’ve been washing my hands religiously and applying rubbing alcohol on my genital region ever since I’ve first been experiencing symptoms. As well as rinsing my hands with rubbing alcohol after using the bathroom. Any itching I experience, I apply rubbing alcohol.
