Had urine infection symptoms on and off for a while since being sexually active, went to my gp and got some anti-biotics, which did not relief my symptoms. A week ago the clinic took my urine sample and my GP said I had a thrush/yeast infection so he prescribed me with pessary and creams. I did recall that I had experienced fishy-smell/chalky white/yellow discharges and itchy vagina but they eventually went away so I didn't pay attention to it. After my GP diagnosed with this I thought maybe the vaginal infection is still there and caused urination pain. When I attempted to push the pessary inside, I took a good look down there with a mirror and found my hymen tag got bigger than it used to be, looking very swollen. The tag was originally a thin flesh and would not stick out, now its huge and sticking out. Within 3 days of pessary, I had some chalky white, pinky and brown discharges which seemed to be normal reaction. Then discharges stopped and urine infection seemed relieved. I looked down there with a flash light this time and found those bumps - up above my urethral opening, on the sides of my labia, and downwards around the labia next to the hymen tag. These bumps are red/fleshy colored, smooth and a bit hard to touch. No itchiness or pain, nothing at all. I went to see a nurse at a walk-in centre, she said they are smooth therefore should not be typical warts. Due to her limitation, she said it could be another type of warts or early stage of warts which she doesn't know - she was only trained to identify typical warts. I booked with a gynecologist and HPV/STI tests tomorrow, private and extremely expensive but I couldn't wait. I am very worried and scared. My partner said he is totally symptom free and has always been clear. Also I like my current partner a lot, really don't hope sexual health will screw up my new relationship. Do you think they can be warts? Or VP? Other things?
