They look like moles I can’t remember the type but you definitely need to see the doctor. Moles that are not symmetrical need to be looked at and evaluated by a dermatologist.

I’m not a dermatologist but I believe they can be removed. It looks like they go down further than the perineum. You need to make an appointment soon it is not going to be harmful immediately but it should be taken care of as soon as you can.

I would go to a dermatologist they specialize in this type of mole.
