I can’t seem to add a photo, but I found 3 skin coloured “skin tags” around my vagina. I’ve gone down a hole googling genital warts or skin tags. And I don’t know which it is.

Go buy some skintag removers. Psssst… choose your sexual partners wisely.
I suffer with skin tags and had to have quite a few removed from that area, the NHS don’t like to do it anymore but I have a connective tissue disorder and they had to go, if individual they are likely skin tags, if more like cauliflower florets then likely genital warts; if it doubt get it checked out, as that’s the best way to be sure.
