Got this problem more than 1-2 months

Hi, I got dry glans for more than 2 months, first got balanitis (red spots on glans) then I appeal some creams and spots are gone.Now got dry glans, frequent urination and redness on one half of glans…I am 18 years old and have sex 1-2 times weekly and masturbate 1-2 times daily.Can someone help me without going to doctor? Thanks in advice

Also got something like cyst, but that hurts one day,then dissapear for 5-6 months

Canesten, based on cortimazol or something like that…
