Has anyone else experienced groin pain as an anxiety symptom? I get both a dull ache and sharp pains around the lymph node area
In my case, i experienced testicular aches and thought it was ‘c’ though i got two ultrasounds since the first one, they thought i had calcium deposits though, they reran the test and nothing. . All clear. Just anxiety. For reassurance, get your tests, and if everything comes well then know its just that pesky anxiety doing its thing.
A few years ago my groin pain was so severe I could not even walk. Because I have another long term muscoskeletal condition I was referred to my physiotherapist who assisted me with special care and exercises and it eventually went away. Whether it was partly due to my anxieties I will never know but medical advice from a qualified doctor is important as groin pain can be a warning of so many different illnesses and it may be physical.
