So in May of 2021 while using a toy i discovered this lump at the entrance of my vagina underneath my urethra. it wasnt there prior to that and im not exactly sure when it appeared but i discovered it in May of last year. I noticed after a while that i was also having yellow/greenish discharge with a different but not bad smell and i didnt go to a doctor because i didnt think much of it. the discharge stopped long ago (im assuming it was BV and i got treated for that on a different occasion) but the lump is still there. I also noticed i wasnt having as much ovulation discharge, my orgasms were not as intense, and my urethra would burn slightly when i used soap or toilet paper on the area.
I went to a few doctors, one misdiagnosed it as a bladder prolapse (i didnt have any other prolapse symptoms and even though i was overweight, it was not for long because i gained and lost it quickly. I had also just turned 20 years old & have no children) and 2 others said it was just a normal vagina even though i tried to explain that it wasnt there before and its causing some mild but not unbearable symptoms.
is this normal for the anatomy of the vagina to change along with things like orgasm intensity and ovulation discharge amount just like that? im just scared that doctors might be ignoring what is going on and im only 21, these issues dont seem typical of someone at my age
im also having some issues with pain during sex that may or may not be related, its pain in my lower left abdomen and at the beginning of this year i had a pelvic ultrasound that found nothing. all of this is just scaring me and im worried ****
